Hugo Huesca, originally from Mexico, started riding at a very early age, discovering his passion for horses. Before age 10, he had already competed in Show Jumping. As a Junior Rider, he successfully participated in National Championships. In 1989 after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Analyst and Designer of Systems, he came to the United States to continue his riding career.
Hugo’s main principle in being a horseman is having integrity. Through a lot of riding, observation and training himself, Hugo has developed his feeling and understanding towards training horses. He believes that with understanding the personality and conformation of the horses, with RESPECT, PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE you can always develop and improve the horse’s ability and desire to perform. This consistency and discipline helps the horses have trust and confidence in themselves, creating willingness and heart to work.
